Bart Brothers Construction, located in Dunkerton, is currently seeking a highly skilled Millwright Team Leader to work with our dedicated team on grain handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize a team of 2 to 6 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient operations.
- Assemble, install, dismantle, repair, and re-install machinery and mechanical equipment at customers' facilities or job sites.
- Utilize a wide range of hand tools and power equipment such as impacts, saws, grinders, welders, and torches.
- Demonstrate the ability to climb and work at heights of up to 175 feet, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, as driving may be required.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in optimal working condition.
